  • 职责描述：
    1、客户提出异常产品的处理及售后客诉检讨；
    2、品质异常产品退货处理跟进及相应客诉对接；
    3、驻厂人员管理及协调、客户需求（包含变更）；
    4、良率数据监控、8D及日报输出
    5、客户审厂根据及相应安排；
    6、客户样品跟进及试做报告输出。 
    任职要求：
    1、具备客服1年以上工作经验；
    2、具备独立应对客户，处理各项质量异常；
    3、具备8D报告审核和编写的能力； 
    4、能接受长期外派和驻厂各项工作。
